I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had during my recent trip with BIGGIE TAXI.

My family and I set out for Turks and Caicos after a string of unfortunate events—the kind of day where everything goes wrong, from breaking a glass at breakfast to finding a flat tire on the way to the airport. I was certain the trip wouldn’t be good, and I didn’t think even the turquoise water could make me smile.

However, BIGGIE was there waiting for us with a smile and a chuckle. He greeted us by saying, “Welcome, this is going to be the best ride of your life.” He had even arranged a stepper for my mother a day in advance and assisted her with incredible care.

To top it off, BIGGIE arranged a playlist that included everyone’s favorite songs, including my mother’s music. He ended the trip with “Dear Mama,” which is our favorite; we were all screaming the lyrics and my mother was so happy.

BIGGIE TAXI is truly one of the biggest attractions on the island. Don’t leave without booking him! Take a picture, buy a T-shirt if he has them, and don’t forget the autograph he insists on giving!

Professional, punctual, and easy to work with. The driver arrived on time, the vehicle was clean, and the ride was smooth and efficient. Communication was clear from booking to drop-off. Would absolutely use this service again.

Our first ride with Shawn was a trip to the grocery store and then back to the resort.

Sean was friendly and communicated very well with us and we have used him to get around the island during the week of our stay here and I’ll enjoy his help in learning about the island and making reservations and getting to and from the sites that we wanted to see! I used Biggavelli VIP taxi and tours for my girlfriend’s birthday trip and we were more than satisfied service was very professional and amazing.

Our driver Biggie is the best he goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. He greeted us at the airport with welcome sign balloons and champagne which was at my request. He was always 10-15 minutes early knows a ton of information about the islands the best restaurants,excursions nightlife etc. He is well know and well connected will definitely get you to your destination safe and on time everytime. We will definitely be using him on our next trip. Recommend this service 10/10

All the little things were done extremely well. Punctuality and a keen attention to the routes and timeframe of my vacation were taken into account when on the tour. Had a great time with the suggestions (by my driver) for places to visit.
